Manage Your Donor Account & Recurring Gifts

Sign in to the donor account portal using the email address you provided when making your donation. If you have not created a password yet, or if you do not remember your password, click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page to receive a password reset link by email.

For your security, payment method updates are completed directly by you in the donor account portal. After signing in, locate your active recurring gifts, select the gift you wish to update, and enter your new payment card or bank account information.

Log in to the donor account portal and open your recurring gift details. From there, you can adjust your contribution amount, update the day of the month your gift processes, or change the frequency. If you need assistance making adjustments, our Advancement team is happy to help.

You have full control over your recurring donation at any time. Simply sign in to the donor account portal, open your active recurring gift, and select the option to pause or cancel. You can also reach out directly to the Office of Advancement by email or phone and our staff will assist you promptly.

A confirmation receipt is sent to your email after every donation. Additionally, you can view your full giving history, download individual gift receipts, and access annual giving summaries inside your donor account portal at any time.

The donor account portal manages recurring and one-time contributions made to Ave Maria University across all designations, including the Mission Fund, Annunciation Circle, Fiat Society, Gyrene Athletics, Campus Ministries, Academic Scholarships, and Chapel funds.
